Question How can I convert to H.Point membership?: Answer
There are three ways to convert to H.Point membership.

1)An H.Point member who wishes to apply for HDDFS Online membership

→After going to “My Hyundai > Basic Information Management > Member,” click on “Convert to H.Point membership.”

Click the “H.Point membership” button on the application page and follow the application process. (Pop-up screen saying “You are an H.Point member. Would you like to convert?” will appear.)

2)An individual who is not an H.Point member and wishes to apply for HDDFS Online membership
→ Click the H.Point membership button on the application page and follow the application process.

3)An offline member of HDDFS who does not have HDDFS Online membership
→ Click the H.Point membership button on the application page and follow the application process.

Those who fall under one of the above cases will be able to receive the benefits that are provided to H.Point members. If you do not want H.Point benefits, you can undergo the simplified application process to receive both offline membership for HDDFS and HDDFS Online membership.

Question Can I accumulate and use H.Points when making my order?: Answer
You can accumulate and/or use H.Points when purchasing from HDDFS Online.

Please note that 0.2% of your purchase amount is accumulated as H.Points. If you wish to use your H.Points, you must have at least 100 points

*As of November 2021, overseas Korean residents and non-Korean citizens can use but not accumulate H.Points.
Question What is H.oney?: Answer
H.oney can be used by any member of Hyundai Duty Free.
※ Customers who registered for offline-only membership are not eligible.
※ You must enter your passport number in order to use H.oney.
It is a benefit that is issued when a Hyundai Duty Free member makes a purchase or participates in an event. H.oney can be used online or offline and can be gifted.
Question How many types of H.oney are there?: Answer
There are two types of H.oney:

1) Purchase reward H.oney
- Definition: H.oney received through a giveaway event
- Applicable events: payback events (H.oney [KRW 10,000/30,000] provided for purchases of at least $100/$300)
- Conditions of use: can be used in desired installments

2) Non-purchase H.oney
- Definition: H.oney received through an event without having made a purchase
- Applicable events: new member welcome benefit (i.e. H.oney [KRW 10,000] provided to newly-registered Hyundai Duty Free members), gift events, in-person visits to Membership Desk (i.e. immediately usable H.oney [KRW 20,000] provided for offline purchases of at least $200), Outstanding Customer benefits, miscellaneous online events, etc.
- Conditions of use: must be used in its entirety when making a purchase (cannot be used in desired installments)

Question Are there brands that do not issue or allow the use of H.oney?: Answer
H.oney issuance/use may be limited for some brands or products. Some H.oney may not be accepted depending on a product’s discount rate.
Question How long is my H.oney valid?: Answer
Each type of H.oney has its own validity period.
Once its validity period ends, H.oney expires automatically and cannot be re-issued.

Question Where can I see how much H.oney I have?: Answer
H.oney balance can be viewed at [My Hyundai > H.oney].

You can also see a detailed list of the conditions of use per H.oney type (e.g. accepting store(s), validity period).
Question How can I use my H.oney?: Answer
H.oney can be used to make purchases at Hyundai Duty Free.
Please note that each H.oney has its own conditions of use. For further information, please go to: [My Hyundai > H.oney > See details].

Some H.oney may not be accepted for products that have already been discounted by at least 30%.
If used online, however, [H.oney] can be used toward the purchase of a product with the above-mentioned discount rate.
Question Can I make a purchase entirely with H.oney?: Answer
Yes, depending on the conditions of use. H.oney can also be used in conjunction with other payment methods.
