I was unable to pick up my purchase from the pick-up location. Is there any other way for me to receive it?

Answer
According to Korean law, duty free products can be retrieved only from designated pick-up locations. They cannot be mailed to another address (e.g. home).

Does HYUNDAI DUTY FREE operate pick-up stations in boarding areas of Incheon International Airport?

We operate pick-up locations in Terminals 1 and 2. We do not currently operate pick-up locations in boarding areas.

My departure date was changed. Can I change the departure date registered on my account?

Answer

You can change your departure date by submitting a request to the 1:1 Inquiry or contacting Customer Service (02.2163-6215).

Departure date cannot be changed from 180 days after the date of initial purchase
Departure date cannot be changed from 90 days after submission of departure date change request

Can I pick up my purchase without an exchange bill?

Answer
If you can present your passport and boarding pass, you will be able to pick up your purchase even if you do not have the exchange bill.

Answer
Find the pick-up location that is closest to your departure gate at “Customer Service > HDDFS Shopping Guide > Pick-up Locations.”

When can I pick up my purchase on my departure date?

Answer
Customers are recommended to arrive at the airport one to two hours before departure so that they can pick up their purchase.

I failed to pick up my purchase. What can I do?

Answer

You can cancel your order. You can re-enter your departure date only if you plan to leave the country within the next 15 days.

If you wish to cancel, you can cancel your order directly to "My Hyundai > Order" or customer service (02.2163-6115).

Products not received will be automatically canceled 15 days after the customer's departure date. Coupons and/or miles used in purchases may not be recovered.

Some brands will not be able to receive purchases even if they plan to leave the country within the next 15 days.

Can I pick up a purchase when re-entering the country?

Answer
According to the Customs Act, pick-up locations can be used only upon departure (not re-entry).

Can I pick up my purchase at dawn (very early morning)?

Answer
Pick-up locations are operated according to customers’ departure times. You can pick up your purchase at any time of day.
Question

Will I be able to pick up my order if the passport number entered at the time of purchase is not the one presented at the pick-up location?

Answer

Pick-up is permitted only if the passport number provided at the time of purchase matches the one shown at the pick-up location.

If your passport number has changed because you were issued a new passport, please change it at “My Hyundai > Basic Information Management > Passport Information” or contact Customer Service (02.2163-6215).

*Passport information cannot be changed within 90 days of initial registration or a previous change.
