The price tag of the parallel import product I purchased is partially cut. Why?

Most parallel import products have part of their price tag (or barcode) cut off.
The cut is made before the product is exported as a protective measure by the manufacturer to protect sales information. The fact that the price tag has been cut is unrelated to the product’s authenticity. It is standard procedure for all parallel imports.
There is nothing wrong with such cutting, either legally or in terms of quality, and therefore nothing for the customer to worry about.

Complimentary gifts are provided for purchase amount(s) under the same order number (after applying online/coupon discount).
Complimentary gifts provided by a brand may run out early or be changed depending on the brand’s circumstances.

A sold-out product cannot be purchased. To purchase it, the sold-out product must first be re-stocked.
You can apply for a re-stocking notification (text message) for a product you are interested in. (Notification may not be available for some products.)
